5th grader RILEY was awarded a most important award. Her artwork was selected as an Honorable Mention in the 2012 Japan Drawing Contest in the Atlanta area. This is an important contest in that, this year marks the 100th anniversary of the Cherry Blossom trees given to the United States from Japan as a symbol of friendship.
